The characteristics of our baby lamb are the reason it has become Aranda´s emblematic food: quality and good prices. The baby lamb must be small, of white meat and of good stock.

Cooked in clay ovens, the old way, the lamb is slowly roasted, the fire just "licking" the meat.

These are some of our specialities:

- Baby Lamb roasted in wood-burning oven.
